Volunteers are an integral part of the daily operations at Berne. Almost every day of the week, there are people who give of their own time to help the students and staff in their learning and teaching.
Volunteers typically sit-in on classes with one of Berne's highly competent teachers. They give students who need it a little bit of extra help to stay focused, and they help the teacher give more attention more of the time.
Volunteers do not need to be teachers or have teaching experience, but some volunteers have gone on to be teachers themselves. If you would like to help, please contact the office at Berne for more information.
